Currently, we are only shipping to Ontario addresses

What are the shipping costs?

From 1 to 12 jars, the flat rate shipping is $12.00.  Often, customers are utilizing their business shipping address which helps to keep our shipping and handling costs at reasonable pricing

How long does shipping take?

Depends on when the orders come into our system.  If we receive them late in the week, expect delivery the following week.  If we have sufficient supplies and an order is placed at the beginning of a week, we can often ship next day.  The variables depend on manufacturing and availability of supplies.

What if a jar is damaged in shipping?

We have been shipping products for 17 years and damages are very rare.  We are expert packers, however, should a package arrive with damaged product, please be mindful and cautious of broken glass.  Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue in a timely manner.  Our shipping company might want to inspect the package and product.  Please do not discard before it has been documented, a photo will be required in order for us to reimburse for any damages.
